Personal data policy at ID Company
We only collect personal data in cases where this is relevant to us, and we will only collect personal data if it is relevant to your activity with ID Company ApS.
When collecting, processing and using your personal data, we always comply with all relevant legal provisions.
We will only store your personal data for as long as we are either under a legal obligation to do so, or for as long as it is relevant to the purpose for which it was collected.
Information we collect
If you wish to buy and receive a product from us, we need to collect certain personal data in order to complete the transaction and to be able to offer you our services.
We may collect information such as your name, email address, postal address, delivery address (if it differs from the postal address), telephone number and payment details.
ID Company ApS collects and processes your personal data when you do the following:

• Complete a purchase of our products
• Create a customer account
• Sign up for our newsletter
• Review our website
• Send us questions, complaints or feedback

Legal basis and purpose
We collect your ordinary contact details, such as your name and address, in order to deliver the product you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product, we collect your name, your card details and your IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored solely for processing the payment and fulfilling the agreement entered into.
If you have given us your consent to this during the registration process or on our website, we use your email address to send you a newsletter. You can subscribe to and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain an unsubscribe link. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
If you do not wish to provide the personal data required to complete the purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to buy products from us on our website.
Your information (with the exception of your email address, if you have consented to it being processed for the purpose of receiving offers) will be deleted 36 months after you have received your product.
Other recipients of personal data
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not transfer your personal data to third countries.
If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, telephone number and email address will be passed on to our freight company, currently PostNord, for the purpose of delivering your purchases.
If you choose to review our website, your name and your email address will be transferred to the review site.
We run our webshop and payment system through DanDomain A/S, which acts as our data processor. All personal data you provide on our website will be stored in DanDomain's data centres.
We have entered into data processing agreements with our data processors, which is our guarantee that they comply with the applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.
Your rights
As the data subject, you have a number of rights that we must ensure are upheld at all times. You have the right to ask us for the following:
• To access and to have your personal data corrected/amended
• To have personal data erased
You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
